In my opinion, one of the most underutilized features of the Business objects Enterprise platform is the ability to create links within one document that will call and execute another document within the platform. All native content types (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Dashboard Analytics and Xcelsius Dashboards) have this ability. With just a little knowledge and little work you can link from any document type to any document type.
