Result Data Background
& History:
Result Data Consulting, Ltd. was founded in 1996 (originally as Twisted Pair
Consulting. Ltd.) by Dan and Tom Meers in Columbus, Ohio. In 1997 the company
name was changed to Result Data and a trademark application was filed (and eventually
granted) for the name "Result Data". The goal of the company was to provide professional
services specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) and Software Solutions for businesses
and organizations seeking to leverage such technologies. Our associates have professional
backgrounds that include decades of information systems, software development, and
analysis experience. Our clientele includes organizations ranging from small businesses
to the Fortune 500. We provide services and training to mid-market and enterprise
class organizations in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia among other states.
Result Data provides professional services, training and consulting to organizations
seeking to implement or improve certain types of software systems including data
warehouses, business intelligence and customer relationships management (CRM). Other
areas of expertise include software development for Web and Windows environments.
Our staff is comprised of approximately 15 people who are specialists in
delivering consulting, mentoring and training services. We regularly provide certified
contract consulting and training services to manufacturers such as Business Objects and Microsoft.
We also offer specialized strategic planning and assessment services in the areas
of business intelligence (BI) and customer relationship management (CRM).
