Specific technical topics will include:

- Universe Design and Maintenance Best Practices - Learn about several techniques our consulting team has used to address common challenges associated with developing Universes. We’ll cover specifics regarding how and when to utilize certain advanced features in the Universe Designer. We’ll also review how Universes should be deployed and managed on the BOE/Edge platforms. Content for this session is based on real world experience.

- Five Things You Didn't Know about WebIntelligence - Okay, maybe you know one or two of them, but don’t miss this opportunity to see WebIntelligence from a new perspective. We’ll demonstrate and review several of the lesser known features and share some ideas on how you can do interesting things with WebI. Most WebI users will be new to at least a few of these ideas.

- Crystal Reports vs. WebIntelligence: Which is Best and When? - We’ll share several actual customer experiences representing both mistakes and successes concerning the decision to use WebI or Crystal. This will include a variety of considerations and recommendations and we’ll open it up for a group discussion so you can learn from others about what’s working and what's not.
