Upgrading to 3.1 - Lessons Learned in the Real World

Have you upgraded to 3.1 yet? What are the undocumented changes that are needed to make it a successful implementation? Learn what changes needed to be made to get SP2 installed, some tips for implementing Single Signon using Apache/Tomcat, and some tuning tips for Web Intelligence from Tom Nather, System Analyst at the Cleveland Clinic.

Xcelsius Best Practices

This session will cover a variety of methods and techniques that make the development of Xcelsius dashboards easier and more effective. Topics will include review of data sourcing issues with Live Office, formatting recommendations and how to address various issues that affect developers who need to create and maintain dashboards in a production environment. Examples of how to use Excel functions and formulas to drive more effective dashboard presentation will also be covered. Included will be live demonstrations of these techniques by Senior Instructor Aaron Zechman.
