Result Data Licensing and Support
Result Data software platform software purchases, subscriptions, and licensing information is published here. It is also available upon request by contacting us at 614-505-0770 or emailing us at if you are a customer or prospect with us. foreflow and other software and subscription platform purchases produced by Result Data are subject to the Result Data End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) – for all subscribers, users, and customers. Use of Result Data solutions, platforms, or software constitutes acceptance of the Result Data EULA, which is available for review and download above, or upon request.
Maintenance & Support
Result Data provides on-going maintenance and support of Result Data products and solutions as part of an active subscription purchase contract or maintenance and support contract. Support does not cover all services, it is intended to cover software defects and related issues to the proper functionality of Result Data software solutions as designed and supported by Result Data. Support requests may be made by sending an email to or contacting us at our main phone number: 614-505-0770. While guaranteed response time is not offered we typically respond to support requests within one business day. If a request is critical, for example, a system is down or unusable, please indicate such critical so we may prioritize your request. Support is provided during regular business hours.
Software Maintenance is also included with active subscriptions and maintenance and support contracts and will include periodic updates to the software and platforms. Such updates may include bug fixes, optimizations, and occasional new features. Platforms and systems may be down from time-to-time to facilitate the deployment of such updates. We try to minimize downtime and plan maintenance updates during off-hours. Whenever possible we will notify you of downtime in advance.
If you have an on-premise deployment, we will need to coordinate with you to support and maintain the Result Data solutions.
If you are cloud-deployed, we typically require administrative level access to the hosting environment for the appropriate platforms. Support of the hosting environments, virtual machines, and related infrastructure may carry additional costs/fees.
